Applications are invited for computational physicists position(s) for the research program focusing on the spatial and temporal dynamics of atoms in strong laser fields. Duties include: Research with large scale numerical computations, supervision of undergraduate research assistants, teaching in undergraduate courses. The Department of Physics is home to about 100 undergraduate majors emphasizing computational physics, engineering physics and physics teaching. Minimum qualification: Ph.D. in physics, experience in research focus of the ILP Theory Unit. Initial appointment is for one year, with possible extension.
