Classroom Discussions

Student Performance Objectives:

• The teacher candidate demonstrate how to lead a discussion, including properly aligning and executing sections that clearly include goals statements, appropriate questioning activities, and an informal summative assessment.
• The teacher candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead a discussion that satisfies the majority of the requirements outlined in the discussion scoring rubric.
