38. Carl Joseph⁵ Wenning (Edward Joseph⁴, Bernard (Ben) Henry³, Ger(h)ard², Bernard¹) was born in Coldwater, Mercer County, OH 11/03/1952.

He married Carolyn Ann Nodus in Holy Trinity Church Bloomington, IL, 05/29/1982. Carolyn was born in Chicago Heights, Cook County, IL 02/04/1959. She is the daughter of Anthony Thomas Nodus and Rita Mae Longenback.

Carl Joseph Wenning and Carolyn Ann Nodus had the following children:

• 53 i. Rebecca Elizabeth⁶ Wenning was born in Normal, Illinois 09/17/85. She married Chrystian Vieyra at historic St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Bloomington, IL, 06/16/2007. They had one daughter Therese Isabel born on 10/16/2010 in McHenry, IL.

• 54 ii. Sara Marie Wenning was born 07/06/1989. Despite three open-heart procedures, she passed away at just over four months of age due to a congenital heart defect on 11/19/1989.

• 55 iii. Teresa Marie Wenning was born 03/21/1991.
