Planning
In order to plan for your Extreme Travel Adventure
Challenge, you'll first need to understand what kind of challenge
you are facing. Begin
your task by
identifying the following for your Extreme Travel Adventure Challenge:
- the location of destination;
- the goal of your challenge;
- the time of year you will travel;
- the route you will follow;
- the type of landscape, environment, wildlife, and weather you will
encounter;
- the roles, skills,
and preparation required for all your team members; and
- your material needs such as boating, camping, or climbing gear.
