Team Reflection
It is now time to reflect to determine what member actions
were helpful and unhelpful. How did the team process of conducting
the Extreme
Travel Adventure Challenge work?
You will now make decisions about
which actions to continue, change, or delete so that the next time
you use team learning you will be better prepared to work
effectively and efficiently.
Which of the following did or did not happen as you
worked your way to the goal? (Click here for a printer-friendly version
of the list below.)
- Did everyone on your team members work well with others?
- Did everyone participate in team efforts?
- Did everyone share equally in the work of the team?
- Did everyone contribute to the best of their abilities?
- Did each member of your team contribute meaningfully to the project?
- Was each member willing to share ideas, facts, and learning processes
with your team?
- Did each member of your team talk to and interact only with his/her
group.
- Was each team member present and ready to participate in discussion
and activities?
- Did each team member do the research or work assigned to him/her?
- Was each team member non-judgmental of other students, and willing
to listen to others' opinions?
- Did each team member let others finish talking before sharing his/her
opinion or raising a question?
- Did every student have the opportunity to express his or her ideas
without being personally ridiculed?
